Pilates Center of
Winter Garden
Pilates Center of Winter Garden (PCWG) is the forerunner in Pilates training, offering instruction on equipment for all levels, from beginner to advanced, in private, semi-private, and small group classes. We focus on precision of movement, and help you to create healthier movement patterns. We believe, it’s not just that you move; it’s how you move.
Pilates Center of Winter Garden is an intimate studio with a personalized touch. Since no two bodies are the same, you will always receive customized care. Even in semi-private, and group sessions, you will receive personalized attention from exceptionally qualified staff. Pilates movement is about applying new technique, developing new form, and achieving a better balanced, healthier, stronger, more powerful body.
We love beginners and advanced students. Every body type, size, and movement ability benefit from the Pilates method- no one too weak, and no one too strong. Our clients are often surprised at how their bodies change for the better after only a few sessions. Clients often claim that their aptitude for other athletic endeavors becomes greatly enhanced, too.
Our vision is to teach our clients to fall in love, or deeper in love, with movement; to understand how their bodies function in all activities; and to get a challenging, and tailored Pilates workout.
Pilates Center of Winter Garden hopes to inspire You, Our Client, to Inspire Your Own Power!
Sessions are available at our studio, Monday through Saturday, By Appointment Only.

“Foundations of Movement”
A postural analysis will be performed, and PCWG will teach you how and why your body is moving as it currently is. PCWG will teach you how to retrain your movement patterns by working your muscles in complete systems, as the body is designed. Foundations of Movement teaches you how to restructure your body and get the most out of all movements with customized musculoskeletal modifications.
You will begin to understand your unique structural needs, in order to stabilize properly, before and during, mobilization. After completing Foundations of Movement, as long as advisable, you’ll be able to continue your progress in private sessions, semi-privates, small group classes, or a combination of any of these.
